We were extremely impressed with this luxurious hotel. The location was stunning, offering breathtaking views. The service provided by the staff was exceptional - they were not only friendly, but also incredibly helpful and supportive. The room service, housekeeping, and laundry facilities were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. Additionally, the spa and wellness center provided a relaxing oasis, complete with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The hotel also offered a range of activities and entertainment options, including live entertainment and massage services. we were thoroughly satisfied with our experience here.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, always there when I needed them. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with fantastic facilities including a great indoor pool. The breakfast each morning was delicious and a great start to the day. I also really appreciated the hotel's convenient location, easy to get around this city.

A great spot for those wanting to relax amidst nature. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with modern amenities. the pool was fantastic, and we loved the view from the outdoor patio. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the reception staff was helpful and friendly. the location was perfect with easy access to nearby attractions and scenic walks.
Some minor issues with noise and maintenance could be improved, such as the entrance door slamming, blocked sink, and dry leftover food on cutlery.

The location was perfect, with great views from the room and easy access to local attractions. The Christmas dinner and breakfast were delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The indoor pool and spa were also enjoyable and relaxing.
The cleanliness of the room was not up to par, with dirty utensils and unclean towels. The staff was also not very accommodating, and there were some noise issues from nearby areas.

The food and wine were delicious, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. the spa facilities were small but comfortable, and the garage was spacious and secure. the location was great, with beautiful views, and the indoor pool and outdoor patio with hammocks were perfect for relaxation.
the cleanliness of the hotel could have been improved, with issues such as blocked sinks and rusty water from the shower. the reception staff was very nice and helpful in addressing these issues.
